Few days ago, I read an instagram post of a friend, “True Happiness is in, Ordering Pizza”.
A sudden thought striked my mind that it isn’t the act of placing an order, but receiving an order brings the actual happiness.
However, the other half of my mind contributed in an internal debate saying, “True happiness is when you eat that pizza, because what’s the use of receiving a Pizza if you couldn’t even eat it.
Quickly, the first half intervened with a witty statement, “What if you fail to digest your pizza?”
I was like, “OMG! Both sides of my mind have gone crazy now. How could they take such a small statement to this level of discussion. ‘
That moment I realized that it is not the situation that brings a smile on our face rather our choice of mood in that particular situation. May be that’s the reason people say, “Happiness is a choice.”
Some people feel happiness while ordering Pizza rather others may be Happy even after having a bread.
Everyone must focus on absolute happiness over relative happiness because absolute happiness would keep you happy in all situations rather relative happiness will only be situation oriented
