It's funny how our bad habits begin to control us to a great extent. Even though, we have guilt, regret to let them take over us but still we give up on improving habits but the truth is that Habits are never eliminated rather, they can only be replaced. Hence if you ever feel that there is a bad habit that you want to give up, start introducing good habits in your life, gradually they will begin to replace your bad habits and become part of your routine.
